A few weeks ago, I appeared on BBC Hereford & Worcester’s Malcolm Boyden show to share my thoughts on some research that had just been published about that dear old chestnut: the love potion. Or, to be more precise: scientific research into the possibility of creating a love potion. If you’d like to read a summary of the research, please click here. 1. Lovely interview, Persolaise.

I love that you picked up on the '15% more attractive' finding – such an odd thing.

Outing myself as an oldie, I recall that "Denim" ad and I can still scare my OH by putting on that very deep, low "Denim" voice occasionally! And my dad had a bottle of "Hai Karate" that someone bought for him. (I hesitate to suggest it was my mum, given the ad that was played at the end!)

    1. Anna, thanks very much indeed.

You just go ahead and wear that 'oldie' badge with pride!!!

And yes, "15% more attractive" was such an odd finding, wasn't it?

I love hearing from my readers, so please feel free to write a comment or ask a question.
