Perfume royalty was in my virtual studio the other day, in the form of Michael Edwards, the man behind the invaluable and influential Fragrances Of The World series of guidebooks. In a discussion that was far too short (all agreed that we could have listened to him for hours) he talked about the creation of the new WikiParfum website, the evolution of the retail scene in the last 40 years and his upcoming book, American Legends. He even revealed the identity of his favourite perfumer of all time. Here’s a link to the episode: Michael Edwards, Fragrances Of The World, live interview.
