How about this for a list of achievements? Being involved in the launch of Armani Acqua Di Gio. Playing a key role in the creation and release of Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria range. Being part of the team that gave the world DKNY Be Delicious. Helping create the fragrance ranges for Michael Kors, Marni and Zegna. And being instrumental in Lauder’s acquisition of Frederic Malle and Le Labo. Oh, and we mustn’t forget the most recent accomplishment: setting up your own perfume house. Those are just some of the highlights on the CV of my latest guest in the virtual YouTube studio: Veronique Gabai, who launched her eponymous brand towards the end of 2019. We tried to cover as much ground as possible during our chat, discussing not just her latest work, but also her time at Guerlain, her work at Armani and her thoughts on smaller companies being bought up by multi-national gifts. Here’s a link to the video: Veronique Gabai interview.

Enjoy!
