Here in the UK, as I write these words, we’re being told to brace ourselves for a heatwave unlike any other we’ve ever experienced. Putting aside the issue of quite how terrible it’s going to be (and for goodness’ sake, if you’re not used to high temperatures, then take sensible precautions and look after yourself), I thought this was the perfect time to present a more traditional summer perfume list, as opposed to the alternative list from a few weeks ago.
