The following is a list of the culinary delights I’m trying to make right now, at the same time: marzipan; cranberry sauce; turkey stock; a Yule log; vodka cheesecake; orange mousse; lemon curd. The result is that things have gone a bit hectic at Cuisine Persolaise… which is why I decided it was time to step away from the action and wish you the very best for the festive season.
