In between baking these hot cross buns and getting started on a gigantic strawberry-and-pistachio pavlova (I hope it works!), I’d like to wish those of you who celebrate Easter all the very best that the season has to offer: a sense of renewal, fulfilment and hope for the future. And to all of you: wishes of peace, good health and happiness.
