I love all the perfumes I own. But I definitely love some more than others. And it was a few of the most special, the most treasured members of my collection that I presented over on YouTube the other day, in an episode of Love At First Scent for which I was joined by the award-winning journalist and fragrance presenter, Alice Du Parcq. As I’d hoped, our journey prompted us to delve into several stories from the past, including a magical evening spent with the much-missed Vero Kern, an encounter with the artist Clym Evernden and a meeting with the then little-known Quentin Bisch. But perhaps the most astonishing part of the episode was when Alice pulled out… I can’t quite believe I’m typing these words… a Chanel tool box. You’ll have to watch the video to see what I mean. Here’s a link: Top 10 precious perfumes with Alice Du Parcq.

Enjoy!
