While going through some old photos on my phone the other day, I came across this image of cupcakes baked by Madame Persolaise a few years ago, and it dawned on me that Easter Sunday is just around the corner. So, in the spirit of hoping for rebirth and rejuvenation, I send all of you – not just those who celebrate Easter – wishes of peace, good health and wisdom. May spring fill all of us with the courage to wish for happier tomorrows.
